David Glindmeyer
Puyallup Personal Injury Attorney
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and it remains home. I have built my legal career here representing people who have been seriously injured and need steady, experienced guidance during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It is an honor to help clients and their families move forward after serious harm.
I began my career as a criminal prosecutor, where I handled a wide range of cases and developed substantial trial experience advocating for victims of crime. I later moved into civil practice, representing injured clients at a respected personal injury firm in the South Sound. That work gave me direct experience with how insurance companies evaluate claims and how preparation and trial readiness influence outcomes.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and my law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, I interned with a prosecutor’s office and externed with the public defender’s office, giving me a practical understanding of how cases are built and challenged on both sides.
I also served in the Marine Corps Reserve as a combat engineer, including a deployment to Afghanistan, and later as a forward observer in an ANGLICO unit. That experience reinforced a standard I still carry into my legal practice. Preparation, discipline, and accountability matter most when others are depending on you.
I founded Rising Tide Law Firm to provide a different kind of representation for injured clients. I do not operate a high-volume practice. I limit the number of cases I accept so each client receives direct attention and thorough preparation from start to finish.
Every case is prepared for trial from the outset. That preparation creates leverage whether a case resolves in settlement or proceeds to trial. Insurance companies respond to readiness, not volume.
Clients work directly with me throughout their case. I do not hand cases off to other attorneys or rely on layers of staff to manage relationships. I am responsible for strategy, preparation, and execution at every stage.
My goal is straightforward. I focus on building strong cases that put clients in the best position for maximum leverage and meaningful resolution, whether through settlement or trial.
Outside the office, I spend time with my family exploring Washington’s state parks, fishing for salmon, and cooking with my kids.
