It also gives me more time to uncover the truth of what happened, identify any wrongdoing, and thoughtfully explore complex issues and craft innovative arguments to benefit you, the client.

As a trial lawyer, I approach each case as if it will ultimately be tried before a jury, judge, or arbitrator. While not every case will go to trial, this empowers clients to make settlement decisions based on how a jury is likely to view their case—not simply on what an insurance company is willing to offer.
